Welcome to the Pennsylvania New Hire Reporting Program Employer Data Entry screens. Please use the form below to submit new hire information to the Program. This is a four step process—all four steps must be completed to successfully submit new hire information.
Non-registered system users are limited to three (3) manually entered new hire records per web session. Registered system users can submit an unlimited number of records through file upload. To continue as a registered user, please login with your Keystone ID or register for an account.
Note: This is not for the submission of Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) applications. For assistance with WOTC applications, please call
1-800-345-2555.
For all new hire data submitted to the Program:
  • Employee SSN is required for each new hire record.
  • The FEIN (Federal Employer Tax Identification Number) provided must match that reported in Box 10 of the New Hire Employee’s Internal Revenue Service Form W4 (Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate).
  • Hyphens are NOT needed when entering SSN and FEIN (Tax ID) information.
